Taking your next step!
Once you have phoned your friends and family and posted a few photos on social media, it’s time to start thinking about your next steps! You’ll need to confirm your place at the post 16 provider you applied to. You should have received correspondence from the provider detailing how to go about this (in person, online etc) but if you have any queries, please speak to a member of the CMA careers team. Be aware that there will be a deadline to enrol at your chosen provider, so do take note of the instructions and guidance they provide.
Let us know where you’re going next year!
Make sure that you have let the careers team know what your plan is for the year ahead and have provided contact details so that we can keep in touch!
Please make sure you collect and look after your certificates, keep them safe because they are important legal documents, and you will need them throughout the course of your career. Employers, colleges, and universities often want to see original qualification certificates. Unfortunately, we cannot keep certificates at Castle Mead Academy for extended periods of time. If your certificates are lost or damaged you can get replacements, and the boards do charge for this service, which could be from £45.00 for each certificate.
